The ISSA celebrated its 10th Anniversary Spina
Bifida Winter Kids Ride Sunday, Jan. 10, at
Huxley. Trail conditions did not allow for the
traditional snowmobile trail ride, but participants,
above, were still able to go for a police-escorted
UTV ride on city streets. At right, ISSA Region 2
