Winners of the 2003-04 EMR drawing were the North Iowa Sno-Jammers
two-place Yacht Club snowmobile trailer from the ISSA. Presenting
Sno-Jammers President Guy Overland with the new trailer is ISSA EMR
Committee Chair Larry Childs (right). The drawing is open to any ISSA
member who pays his or her dues by Dec. 1 each year. Each member a
club submits by that deadline also enters the club name into the drawing.
