McVicker, who also serves as the ISSA's Promotions and Raffle
Committee Chair, will fill the unexpired term of Dale Henkes of Protivin.
Henkes resigned his seat earlier this year due to other commitments.
A member of the Iowa River Riders snowmobile club, McVicker has been
snowmobiling since the winter of 1970-71, when he was introduced to
the sport on a Massey Ferguson 292 Ski Wiz.
"I've been hooked on snowmobiling ever since," he said. "By serving as
your vice-president, I hope to pass on my passion for our sport to others
and protect our privilege to enjoy winter on a snowmobile."
